Appointments and Fees

Tooronga Family Medical welcomes all new patients to the clinic. We run by appointments. However, in the case of emergencies or unexpected illnesses, we have reserved appointments that can only be booked on the day. Bookings can be made ONLINE 24/7 or by calling (03) 9002 2888 during opening hours by speaking to one of our friendly receptionists.

Tooronga Family Medical’s doctors try their very best to run on time. Please assist them by booking a long appointment if you have either one complex issue or three or more simple issues that you would like to discuss with the doctor. Our doctors do not charge for a long appointment when the extra time booked has not been required.

A $50 fee will be charged per 15 minute booking block if you either do not turn up for your appointment or if you cancel your appointment with less than three hours’ notice.

Please Note

If you have ANY of the following symptoms: Fever, Cough, Runny Nose, Sore Throat, Shortness of Breath…

You MUST perform a negative RAT or PCR test within 24 hours prior to your face-to-face appointment. Telehealth appointments are available for patients who are COVID-positive.

Fees

Tooronga Family Medical is a private billing practice.

Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash, credit or EFTPOS.
