If you are a regular patient of Tooronga Family Medical and an appointment is not available online, please call reception on (03) 9002 2888.  We will always try our very best to accommodate you. (Please note: This does not apply to Covid-19 vaccinations.)

Do you need a longer appointment?

Longer appointments are usually required for: 

• Cervical cancer screening tests (Pap smear / HPV testing)

• A single, complex medical problem

• More than three minor medical problems

• Mental health care plans

• Chronic disease management care plans

• Travel medicine consultations

• New patients with complex medical histories.

Please note: If the time allocated for your appointment is not required, you will only be billed for a standard appointment.
